60 Minute Workshops

Soup’s On I & II     Simple, yet satisfying, soups and stews are comfort foods that are best when one of the ingredients is a little imagination.  Two separate workshops that can be combined as one workshop.
Rise & Shine I & II Rise and Shine I shows you how simple it is to create perfect, fluffy French-style omelets.  No runny centers and not over cooked!  In Rise and Shine II, you’ll learn to make wonderful, creamy stuffed French Toast that will wow your guests.   Two separate workshops that can be combined as one workshop.
Naked Pasta OK, so it’s not really naked, but it’s not covered in the same old tomato sauce, either.  This simple one-dish meal takes just a few minutes to assemble, yet tastes fantastic served either hot or cold.   

90 Minute Workshops

In-A-Hurry Stir Fry You won’t believe how easy it is to prepare and serve flavorful authentic stir-fry dishes. Once you know the secrets, the possible combinations for quick and easy healthy one-dish meals are unlimited!
Grillin’ It Up Good If you’re cooking fish, beef, pork or chicken, grilling is a fast and easy way to put a healthy meal on the table fast.  With so much variety, you can really add some sizzle to weekday meals! 

30 Minute Workshops

Healthy Snacking Designed for kids, this interactive hands-on workshop will have kids making their own healthy snacks!  When kid’s make their food, they are likely to eat  (shh! Even if it’s good for them!)  Great daytime or after school workshop – no need for a sitter!
Easy Appetizers A grown-up adaptation of the healthy snacking workshop.  Great workshop for the after work crowd or late night get together with friends.
