Qualifications:
Our Cooking Facilitators possess many
wonderful characteristics. Most importantly they:
- Are team players and contribute their
ideas
- Enjoy coaching -- both in coaching
others and being coached
- Are flexible and open to new ideas
- Are professionals -- they have at
least 3 years of professional culinary, food service or
nutrition experience or have earned degrees from
accredited institutions
- Are assertive, self-starters,
preferably with experience in sales and marketing, and
are enthusiastic about growing their customer base
- Commit, whether part-time or
full-time, to achieving their financial goals
- Understand and/or have experience in
running their own business
UCAN2 Cook! is committed to helping our
Team Members to achieve their goals. We provide course
content, inventory and ship products to their customers,
support our Facilitators in their marketing efforts, and
provide the training and tools necessary to start and
succeed in their businesses.
There are no required purchases or fees
to become a UCAN2 Cook! Cooking Facilitator, but as with
all businesses there are start-up expenses including
optional sample products, operational expenses (business
licensing, telephone, internet, etc.), and marketing
expenses (business cards, brochures, local advertising,
leads groups, etc.). |
